Palm OSWhich characters make up the Registration Codes?
All our Registration Codes are made up of the characters A-Z and digits 0-9. A character that might look like an O (character) in fact is a digit 0.
To register some products, I need a HotSync User ID. Where do I find it?
Turn on your Palm and select the HotSync icon from the Launcher (the program selection). In the upper right corner you will see your HotSync User ID.
If you are not sure, you may also use INameCheck, a program that we supply, to have the required information display on your Palm.
